In the socio-cultural realities, the past pupils work for:

Strengthening the friendly relationship among past pupils, particularly caring for those in difficulties
Offering opportunities to the members to deepen the educational heritage
Assuring that conditions are in harmony with the education received in the Salesian environment
Supporting solidarity activities
Supporting the activities for the young and the poor
Finding ways to improve the female condition
Using mass media as instruments to advocate the Confederation values.
Improving the active participation of past pupils in the Salesian mission, working with the FMA and the local church.

Every member:

Takes part in the educational mission of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians
Works according to the Salesian style
Promotes the dignity of the woman, life and family
Protects human rights and peace
Promotes activities for young people
Opens to the intercultural and interrelligious dialogue
Works according to the Preventive System of Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello
